In the office
It all starts in the front office. Highly trained estimating staff assess the damage to your vehicle and enter data with the latest online quoting system. We then use the best in online parts tracking to provide the best quality parts with the fastest ordering process on the market. The quote is then linked to your insurance company online with photos of the damage for prompt authorisation. We fight for whats best for your vehicle, not what's cheapest.
Body Repair
Minor damage is our niche and we use rapid repair processes to produce a quality but speedy repair. Once the vehicle moves into the workshop it is meticulously stripped to find all possible damage from the accident.
Where possible we use Glue Pull Repair training to repair damage without disturbing the manufacturers zinc metal coating. We utilise online repair data to make sure only factory recommended methods are used for your particular model of vehicle. All parts are quality checked and trial fitted to maintain quality throughout.
Refinishing
The paint department is geared towards efficiently replicating the factory finish of your vehicle. We have a full Spies Hecker waterborne tinting system and computerised colour reading camera to perfectly match any colour on all makes and models. A Lowbake Spraybooth oven is the workhorse of the business providing perfect dust free refinishing. We use the latest technology curing lamps and products for fast turnaround times while still keeping a strong focus on long term quality results.
